Only discount codes published, sent or distributed by Online EU Course, or sent and distributed by our authorised partners can be used for purchases on the website. Only one discount code can be used per purchase. Discount codes shall be used upon purchase and are not permitted retroactively. Any unauthorised use is strictly forbidden.

Arboreus may modify, suspend, discontinue or restrict the use of any portion of the Website, including the availability of any portion of the Content at any time, without notice or liability. Arboreus may deny access to any person or user at any time if in Arboreus’ view such person failed to comply with the terms herein.
In addition, Arboreus may at any time and without notice transfer any rights and obligations under these Terms of Service and Arboreus’ agreement with its users to any third party.
Jurisdiction
Any cause of action against Arboreus shall be filed with the competent court within 3 months of the time in which the events giving rise to such claim began. No such claim may be brought as a class action or similar legal instrument. The ordinary courts of the Republic of Hungary shall have exclusive jurisdiction to decide any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Service, the use of the Website and/or any user’s agreement with Arboreus.
Any failure of Arboreus to enforce or exercise any provision of these Terms of Service and/or the users’ agreement with Arboreus and/or any related rights shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
In the event of termination of a user’s agreement with Arboreus, the following provisions shall survive: the provisions regarding limitations on the user’s use of Content, the limitations of Arboreus’ liability and the user’s indemnification obligations.
